Overview

HomesteadRX LLC operates HomesteadRX, a homeowner app that helps people create a photo-supported exterior home baseline. This policy explains the types of information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us about your data.

This is an early production policy for the HomesteadRX beta. As the product grows, we may update this page to reflect new features, vendors, or account controls.

Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, login method, and account settings.
• Home profile information: address, city, state, postal code, roof material, approximate replacement years, and other homeowner-provided property details.
• Exterior photos and previews: photos you upload, compressed preview images, file names, and photo-derived signals used to build your dashboard baseline.
• Maintenance and preference data: maintenance notes, component history, notification preferences, and optional contractor contact details you choose to save.
• Technical information: basic request logs, device/browser context, timestamps, and diagnostic information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

How We Use Information

• Create and maintain your HomesteadRX account and home dashboard.
• Generate exterior health scores, baseline summaries, and component-level recommendations.
• Process photos with service providers that help run photo analysis, hosting, storage, authentication, and app infrastructure.
• Improve reliability, fix bugs, prevent abuse, and support user requests.
• Contact you about your account, your support requests, or important service updates.

Photos And AI Review

HomesteadRX may use submitted exterior photos to help estimate component condition, identify visible signals, and create a homeowner-friendly baseline. Photo review is limited by image quality, angle, lighting, obstruction, and what is visible in the submitted photos.

Please avoid uploading photos that include people, license plates, documents, or sensitive personal details when those items are not needed for the exterior home review.

Sharing

We do not sell homeowner personal information. We may share information with vendors that help operate the service, such as hosting, database, authentication, email, logging, and AI analysis providers. If you choose to save or contact a contractor, we use the contact details only for that homeowner-directed workflow.

Security And Retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect account and home data, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security. We keep information while it is needed to operate your account, provide the dashboard, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or improve the service.

Your Choices

• You can update many home details from Settings after signing in.
• You can log out from Settings or the account controls.
• You can request help, correction, export, or deletion by contacting support.
