HomesteadRX scores and summaries are informational estimates based on homeowner-provided details, visible photo signals, and scoring logic. They are not a substitute for a licensed home inspection, contractor evaluation, engineering review, insurance inspection, code review, or emergency assessment.

Photos can miss damage that is hidden, distant, shaded, obstructed, too small to see, or outside the submitted camera angles. If you see active leaking, structural movement, unsafe conditions, storm damage, electrical hazards, or anything that feels urgent, contact a qualified professional instead of relying on the app.

Your Responsibilities
